    Dear Boss,


    I write this letter to you about the problems we face in the organization some time ago. The problem is about the member who suddenly asked to stop the work and join with other agencies. There are some members who are new to between 2 and 3 months has left this organization, almost by the time they completed the training to become more productive members.

    This incident has occurred continuously, especially on the sales, because the members do not support the organization in this regard. So I had an idea that these events do not continue to happen is to hire employees who are taking seriously and has committed itself consistence and trustworthy. Such employees will be given an award or bonus as very competent in their work.
    From the way we believe will be able to increase productivity and can save a lot of time and resources. We can also find or create new ideas that build up in order to increase sales.
